SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

    Orders are usually shipped within one to two business weeks.

    We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

    We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

    At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.

 

ORDERS

  • The Collar Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.

  • For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or shipped. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

  • Each creation is carefully packaged in an elegant signature box reflecting the Collar universe.

    Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.

  • Collar insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

    If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
